Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC does not verify, screen, endorse, certify, or guarantee the current PA DEP certification status, license status, insurance coverage, AARST-NRPP certification, or any other credential of any provider connected through this site. You are solely and exclusively responsible for verifying the current certification status of any provider before permitting work on your property. The Pennsylvania DEP Radon Services Directory is publicly available for this purpose at pa.gov. The presence of a provider in any referral made through this site does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or warranty of that provider's credentials or work quality.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of this site; (b) any service performed by an independent radon mitigation provider referred through this site; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties outside the referral process. Basic usage analytics may also be collected through third-party tools.
